ABOUT US
About JST Air Conditioning
JST Air Conditioning is an air conditioning company based in Mandurah, providing repairs, servicing, replacement and new installation for homes and light-commercial premises across the Peel Region and surrounding suburbs.
OUR STORY
Built Around A Gap In The Market
JST started because too many contractors treat every breakdown as a chance to sell a new system, which leaves people with an ageing air conditioner struggling to find anyone willing to properly look at what they already have. We built the business the other way around, starting every job by understanding the system and working out what actually makes sense.
The business has grown through local relationships and referrals rather than advertising, which tells you most of what you need to know about how we work.
OUR VALUES
Straight Answers And Work Done Properly
We would rather explain the problem in plain language and lose a sale than talk someone into a system they do not need. Quality workmanship and long term value matter more to us than being the cheapest quote in the pile.
Air conditioning is all we do, and being owner operated means the person advising you is the person accountable for the work.
How it works
Our Simple Step by Step Process
01
Get in Touch
Call us or send an enquiry and tell us what the system is doing, or what you are planning. We ask a few questions up front so we turn up knowing what to look for.
02
We Diagnose
We inspect the unit, find the actual fault and check the age and condition of the system. Nothing gets recommended until we know exactly what we are dealing with.
03
Your Options
We explain the problem in plain language and tell you whether a repair or a replacement makes better sense for your money. You get the cost before any work starts, and the decision stays with you.
04
Get It Sorted
We complete the repair, service, replacement or installation and leave the site tidy. We stay available afterwards for servicing and any support you need later on.
Why Choose JST Air Conditioning?
Diagnosis Before Recommendation
We find out what is actually wrong with your system before anyone talks about replacing it. That one step saves a lot of people a lot of money.
Repairs, Not Just Replacements
Plenty of breakdowns can be repaired sensibly, so that is what we recommend when it stacks up. When repairs no longer make financial sense, we tell you that too.
Air Conditioning Only
Air conditioning is the whole business, so it gets the whole focus rather than being one service among many. That means specialists on every job, not tradies squeezing your install in between other work.
Every System Type
We work across split systems, reverse-cycle ducted systems and evaporative air conditioning. We also service all the major brands, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Samsung and LG.
Licensed & Authorised
We hold ARCtick authorisation AU 067848 and operate under JST Refrigeration and Air Aust Pty Ltd. Refrigerant handling and installation are done properly and by the book.
Local to Mandurah
We are based in Mandurah and cover the Peel Region from Lake Clifton up to Baldivis and inland to Pinjarra. You get one local specialist for repairs, servicing and future work.
Not Sure if It Needs a Repair or a Replacement?
Tell us what your system is doing and we will diagnose it properly before recommending anything. You get a clear answer and a cost, then you decide.
